Co2 Laser Resurfacing
CO2 laser resurfacing is one of the best options for tackling stubborn skin concerns like wrinkles, scars, pitted acne scars, sun damage, and skin tightening that injectables can’t address. CO2 delivers dramatic, long-lasting results by renewing your skin from the inside out.
What to expect with CO2 SKIN RESURFACING
Your appointment begins with a detailed assessment with our Nurse, where we’ll review your goals, medical history, and any questions or concerns you may have. From there, we’ll determine if CO2 laser resurfacing is the right treatment for you and develop a plan tailored to your skin.
To ensure your comfort, we apply a topical numbing cream before starting. For deeper resurfacing, we may also provide injectable numbing to help manage any additional discomfort.
During the procedure, you may feel a mild to moderate stinging or heat sensation as the laser pulses across the skin, often described as a rubber band snap or a mild sunburn. While the sensation is temporary, it’s completely normal.
After the Procedure
Redness, swelling, stinging, and mild itching are common post-treatment and are part of the normal healing process.
Downtime varies depending on the intensity of your treatment:
Light treatments: 24–72 hours of redness and sensitivity
Moderate to deep resurfacing: Up to 10 days of downtime, with residual redness that may last up to 2–3 weeks
While deeper treatments involve more recovery, they also tend to deliver more dramatic and long-lasting results.
CO2 Resurfacing – Starting at $499
CO2 Resurfacing works by carefully removing the outer layers of damaged skin while stimulating collagen production in the deeper layers. This powerful treatment is ideal for addressing concerns that injectables alone cannot fix — such as deeper, etched-in lines, upper lip wrinkles (smoker’s lines), under-eye creping, skin laxity, uneven texture, and visible sun damage.
It is also highly effective for treating acne scars (both deep and shallow), large pores, and loose skin on the lower face and neck. Results continue to improve over time, with full outcomes typically seen between 6 to 12 weeks post-treatment. Depending on your skin and goals, you may be recommended a series of treatments with CO2 alone or a combination approach using CO2 and Morpheus8 for more advanced skin rejuvenation.
Note: If you have a darker skin type, please consult with us first as you may not be a candidate for these treatments. Darker skin types do not heal well with a lot of heat pushed inside the skin. Our goal is to keep you safe.

CO2 Resurfacing – Eyes Only
Treating the eye area with CO2 can effectively improve skin laxity. Due to the delicate nature of the skin around the eyes, this treatment involves a bit more downtime. We aim to treat as close as possible to the lower lash line and safely above the eyelid for optimal results. Be prepared for at least five days of downtime, which may include redness, swelling, and other temporary effects. If you choose to add plasma to this treatment as an add-on, we will also inject it under your eyes for optimal rejuvenation.
