Kerri Wilson, RPN – Nurse & Owner

Hi, I’m Kerri — a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), medical aesthetics educator, and founder of KW Beauty Medical Cosmetics. First and foremost, I’m someone who genuinely loves what I do.

I’ve taken over 30 advanced certifications (and counting!) because I believe in mastering my craft and always learning more. I combine evidence-based practice with an artistic eye to deliver results that feel natural, subtle, and uniquely you.

When you walk through our doors, I want you to feel safe, cared for, and truly seen. Whether you’re here for injectables, skin health, or just a little self-care, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling empowered and confident, not just in how you look, but in how you feel.

I’ve built KW Beauty to be a space that reflects what matters most to me: professionalism, comfort, results, and connection. My mission is to blend clinical excellence with kindness and trust because I believe beauty should never come at the expense of your safety or self-worth.

I’m also a fully registered and compliant member with the College of Nurses of Ontario, which means you can always trust that your care is delivered with integrity, ethics, and the highest standard of safety.

Lexie Sipes – Medical Aesthetician

Hi, I’m Lexie — a Medical Aesthetician and proud member of the KW Beauty team for over three years. From the moment I graduated with honours from Gina’s College of Advanced Aesthetics, I knew this was the path where I could combine my love for skincare with my passion for helping others feel their best.

I’ve had advanced training in leading medical-grade skincare lines like AlumierMD, Vivier, and Colorescience, along with hands-on experience using some of the most innovative technologies in aesthetics today. For me, learning never stops, and I’m always striving to grow my skills so I can deliver the best possible care to my clients.

When you come to see me, my priority is always your safety, comfort, and confidence. I’ve completed a specialized Infection Control certification to ensure every treatment I provide is done with the highest standard of professionalism and care. Your trust means everything to me, and I take that responsibility to heart.

What I love most about this work is seeing clients leave not only glowing on the outside but also feeling renewed on the inside. For me, it’s about more than treatments, it’s about connection, trust, and helping you feel like the best version of yourself.

Emma Walker – Medical Aesthetician

Hi, I’m Emma — a Medical Aesthetician at KW Beauty. I’ve been part of the team for over a year, and before that I gained valuable experience working in a busy medispa in Oakville. Skincare has always been my passion, and I love being able to pair my technical training with genuine care for my clients.

I graduated from George Brown College’s Medical Skincare Therapist Program, where I built a strong foundation in advanced skincare and medical aesthetics. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my knowledge and am certified in leading medical-grade skincare lines such as AlumierMD and Colorescience.

My goal with every treatment is to deliver personalized, results-driven care while also making sure you feel completely comfortable and supported. I take the time to listen to your concerns, explain your options, and create a plan that works for your unique skin goals.

What I love most about this work is watching my clients’ confidence grow as their skin transforms. For me, it’s not just about achieving results, it’s about building trust and creating a welcoming space where you feel cared for every step of the way.

Drew Wilson – Operations & Experience Manager

Hi, I’m Drew — the Operations & Experience Manager here at KW Beauty. I’ll usually be the first face you see when you arrive at the clinic (just not on Wednesdays, since our admin day off!).

Before joining KW Beauty, I spent 17 years in the corporate world, where I built a strong background in strategy, organization, and customer-focused solutions. That experience taught me how to streamline systems, manage complex workflows, and find ways to make operations run smoothly, all skills I now bring to our clinic every day.

At KW Beauty, my role is all about keeping things seamless behind the scenes so that our clients and team can focus on what matters most. From scheduling and administration to creating a welcoming client experience, I make sure everything flows efficiently and thoughtfully.

What I love most is knowing that the work I do helps create an environment where clients feel cared for and confident, and where our team can do their best work. My goal is always to make your visit stress-free, enjoyable, and something you look forward to.
