Hi, I’m Kerri — a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), medical aesthetics educator, and founder of KW Beauty Medical Cosmetics. First and foremost, I’m someone who genuinely loves what I do.

I’ve taken over 30 advanced certifications (and counting!) because I believe in mastering my craft and always learning more. I combine evidence-based practice with an artistic eye to deliver results that feel natural, subtle, and uniquely you.

When you walk through our doors, I want you to feel safe, cared for, and truly seen. Whether you’re here for injectables, skin health, or just a little self-care, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling empowered and confident — not just in how you look, but in how you feel.

I’ve built KW Beauty to be a space that reflects what matters most to me: professionalism, comfort, results, and connection. My mission is to blend clinical excellence with kindness and trust — because I believe beauty should never come at the expense of your safety or self-worth.

I’m also a fully registered and compliant member with the College of Nurses of Ontario, which means you can always trust that your care is delivered with integrity, ethics, and the highest standard of safety.

Lexie Sipes – Medical Aesthetician

Lexie has been an essential part of KW Beauty for over three years. A proud graduate of Gina’s College of Advanced Aesthetics, she earned her Medical Aesthetician certification with honours, demonstrating her commitment to excellence from the very start.

With a strong foundation in skincare and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Lexie is a true expert in her field. She has advanced training in leading medical-grade skincare lines such as AlumierMD, Vivier, and Colorescience, as well as hands-on experience with cutting-edge aesthetic technologies.

Lexie is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and results, always prioritizing client safety and satisfaction. She has completed specialized Infection Control certifications to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and patient well-being—reflecting her unwavering commitment to professionalism in every treatment.

Emma Walker – Medical Aesthetician

Emma has been a valued member of KW Beauty for over a year, bringing with her extensive experience from a high-volume medispa in Oakville. She is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician with a deep passion for skincare and exceptional client care.

A graduate of George Brown College’s Medical Skincare Therapist Program, Emma has built a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and advanced skincare techniques. She is certified in top medical-grade skincare lines such as AlumierMD, Vivier, and Colorescience, and she continuously expands her knowledge to stay current with industry innovations.

Emma is committed to delivering personalized, results-driven treatments that support her clients’ long-term skin health. Her approachable, professional manner ensures a welcoming environment where every client feels informed, supported, and confident in their skincare journey.

Drew Wilson – Operations & Experience Manager

Drew will always be the first friendly face you see when you arrive at the clinic — except on Wednesdays (he’s not at the clinic on Wednesdays).

With 17 years of experience in corporate, Drew brings a strong foundation in strategy, organization, and customer-focused solutions to KW Beauty Medical Cosmetics. His ability to streamline systems, manage complex workflows, and support smooth day-to-day operations makes him an integral part of the team.

As Operations Manager, Drew oversees scheduling, administration, and the overall flow of the clinic, ensuring both clients and staff have a seamless and enjoyable experience. His calm, thoughtful approach and eye for efficiency help keep everything running behind the scenes so our clients can focus on feeling confident and cared for.
